This was our first time using a nanny service abroad, and Kiseki made us feel completely at ease from the start. She was so patient and wonderful with Luca, and even did bedtime with him one night so my husband and I could enjoy our dinner reservations.
She was communicative, flexible, and incredibly accommodating to our needs. I couldn’t recommend Kiseki enough! She is also fluent in English, which made everything so much easier for us, and she even brushed up on her Spanish to read Luca some of his favorite books in Spanish.
Overall, we had such a positive experience. When we return to Japan, we would absolutely seek out Kiseki and Babysitters Japan again!
