We used Babysitters.jp twice during our stay in Tokyo for our six-month-old daughter. It was our first time using a babysitting service and our first time leaving her with someone else, so feeling comfortable and reassured meant a lot to us
Ayah kept us updated regularly throughout the evenings, which really helped us relax and enjoy some time together. Our daughter slept peacefully the whole time, and everything went smoothly. We felt she was in safe hands

We had Ayah watch our 15-month old for 5 nights in Tokyo and would absolutely recommend her. She was not only punctual, but connected immediately with our child who was at a height of stranger danger. We still have some of the photos she updated us with!

Ayah was wonderful. She babysat for us for 2 nights.
She handled both kids (a toddler and a baby) very well especially the baby – she was able to get him to sleep so quickly. Then was able to get the 3 1/2 yo to bed after some reading – amazing with the jet lagged kids.
Very prompt and professional and great demeanor. We would definitely request her again.
