Molly is originally from Montreal, Canada, though she was born in Beijing and spent her childhood in Shanghai. She’s currently a university student living in Japan for a year on a Working Holiday Visa. Over the years, she has built a wide range of childcare experience: from neighborhood babysitting and summer camp counseling to leading a children’s reading camp, tutoring kids, and providing childcare in a children’s hospital. Now based in Otsu, Shiga, then later in Niseko, she’s excited to meet and support families visiting from around the world.
