Shaina did an amazing job caring for my two girls. My toddler loved her so much. We hired her for 4 nights during our stay in Osaka and Kyoto to care for our toddler and infant. My toddler is going thru the terrible twos stage but she managed to keep her so happy. She is so kind, sweet, and caring. She kept me updated with my girls progress, and I felt so safe to leave my two babies in her care while I am out exploring. We are sad to not see her again until we come back. We love coming back to our hotel room with our girls fed, changed and slept peacefully so we can enjoy a quiet night to wind down. Highly recommended, she will take amazing care of your children. ❤️👧🏻👧🏻

Shaina was wonderful; our kids (1 year old and 4 year old, visiting from NYC) immediately felt comfortable with her and so did we 🙂 – she kept us updated through the evening (though there wasn’t much to update us on as the kids fell asleep fast with her – great sign!) and was so friendly and professional. We strongly recommend her.
