Shalom is a permanent resident in Japan and speaks both English and Japanese and can also communicate in Japanese Sign Language. Her home is in Kansai (during summer in Nagano), she has been babysitting many of our guest families visiting Japan since 2017. She is comfortable working with all ages and AED and CPR trained. Shalom was on time and confident and did a great job with my two young children, even though they were hot and tired from a long day. They were happy when I got back and she gave me a detailed report of everything they did.
