Background Checked & Trained Babysitters Only
All of our babysitters speak fluent English. Some of them are even fluent in Japanese, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, etc. We are a group of carefully selected babysitters who have passed a strict hiring criteria that strongly emphasizes on their experiences and personalities. We are always aiming to offer fulfilling assistance mainly to those who visit Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, but if you need our help in other places, please do not hesitate to check with us. We may help there as well!

24/7 Day & Night Childcare Support
Please feel free to contact us first for any requests you may have, such as when you cannot find someone to take care of your children due to an emergency. We offer late-night, early-morning, and overnight services, as well as travel, business trips, and local accompaniment services. We are also happy to accommodate requests made the day before or on the day of the event to the greatest extent possible. Please note that we do not currently provide childcare services for sick children.

Hotel & Airbnb Babysitting
We offer our services at any designated location in Tokyo, Yokohama, Kyoto, and Osaka. While most of our requests are for evening hours, we are also happy to provide babysitting services throughout the day, from early morning to late at night. If you are visiting Japan on a business trip, our babysitters can also take your children on day trips or sightseeing excursions around the city, based on your preferences and itinerary. For hotel concierges, if any of your guests would like to book a babysitter through us, please kindly have them contact us directly through our webpage to make an official reservation.

Reasonable ¥3,500/h (≒ US$22)
You can book our service for as little as 3.0 hours per booking. For example, if you want a babysitter on a weekday evening 18:00-21:00, it will be: ¥3,500 x 3.0 hours = ¥10,500 (+ 10% tax and transportation). Payment for the service should be paid upfront via credit card and our babysitter’s transportation fee must be reimbursed in cash daily. Flexible & Reliable Care
There are no age restrictions, so we take care of newborns, infants, toddlers, up to teenagers. We can flexibly accommodate all kinds of requests that do not interfere with our babysitting service, such as pick-up & drop-off, homework assistance, meal support, field trips, bathing assistance at no extra charge. We strictly prohibit our babysitters to housekeeping duties such as cooking, helping laundry, cleaning, etc. though. We also have liability insurance to cover damages and injuries in case of emergencies, so you can rest assured when leaving your small children in our care.
