babysitters & company is Japan's first babysitting company offering English-speaking babysitters in Japan. Since its establishment back in 2010, we have been very well known among local families as well as guest families traveling to Japan from all over the world.
We have approximately 25 to 30 babysitters nationwide. They are either native English speakers or bilingual and they are very talented and flexible to meet any request. The enjoyment of the work and the good work conditions make the turnover rate very low so many of our babysitters are long term employees.
We are offering our services primarily to guest families visiting Japan from overseas. However, we are also serving many local families on a weekly basis or on the spot. We try our best to help as many families as possible every single day. We are open 24/7 so please feel free to send us your inquiry even for a last minute request.
Besides English-speaking babysitters, we also have French, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese and Japanese speaking babysitters.
We offer our services from early-morning to late-night. Overnight services is also manageable. We even occasionally send our babysitters for some domestic and international travel and business trips as well.
Our babysitters can be arranged at any hotels and accommodations in Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto and Osaka. For other cities, please check with us!
