Ashley is our American babysitter in Nagoya. She has been in Japan since 2018 and lived in Nagoya for over 5 years. She has worked with children of all ages in her time as a teacher. She has a childcare support certification from Nagoya City, and she has also been trained in CPR and AED use through her previous experience working in preschools. She is always willing to help you make the most of your time in Nagoya or surrounding areas. If you need some child friendly recommendations, please ask her! Molly is originally from Montreal, Canada, though she was born in Beijing and spent her childhood in Shanghai. She’s currently a university student living in Japan for a year on a Working Holiday Visa. Over the years, she has built a wide range of childcare experience: from neighborhood babysitting and summer camp counseling to leading a children’s reading camp, tutoring kids, and providing childcare in a children’s hospital. Now based in Otsu, Shiga, then later in Niseko, she’s excited to meet and support families visiting from around the world.
Hayley worked with us in Kyoto between 2024-2025 and rejoined our team in Tokyo in 2026. Besides babysitting, she has been working with children for many years including private tutoring, teaching at a cram school and supporting children in local Japanese schools. She is warm, patient, responsible, and genuinely enjoy spending time with children. She loves getting to know each child and creating a fun, comfortable environment where they feel happy and cared for. She would love to help make your family’s time in Japan enjoyable, comfortable, and stress-free!
Jasmine is our babysitter in Osaka. She is from Malaysia and speaks English, Malay, and Chinese. Prior to joining our team, she had the wonderful opportunity to teach English at an international preschool in Osaka for about a year, mainly 1-2 years old children. During that time, she discovered how much she enjoys working with young children. She loves spending time with them, supporting their learning, and creating a fun and caring environment where they can grow with confidence. She is always very excited to meet families from different backgrounds and cultures!
Haruki is a bilingual babysitter in Osaka/Kobe. Prior to joining our team, she has approximately two years of experience working at a private kindergarten, where she supported the teachers and interacted with young children (2-5 year olds), and taught them music and English in a fun, creative ways on a daily basis.
In addition to her childcare experience, Haruki worked as a performer at Universal Studios Japan and recently worked at Expo 2025 Osaka as a bilingual VIP guest attendant for international guests. She is confident in creating a warm, fun, and safe environment through communication, storytelling, singing, and creative play. Her musical and performance background has helped us develop strong patience, energy, and attentiveness when interacting with children of different ages.
As someone from a multicultural background herself, she is always very comfortable working with international and multilingual families, and she genuinely enjoy helping children feel safe, understood, and encouraged in diverse environments.
Isidora is originally from Chile and is currently based in Tokyo. She has more than 7 years of experience as a babysitter and enjoys creating a safe, fun, and caring environment for children. She is available at any time and is excited to support families from all around the world during their time in Japan, helping both children and parents feel comfortable and well cared for.
