Mia was great; our kids (1 year old and 4 year old, visiting from NYC) immediately felt comfortable with her. She kept us updated through the evening (though there wasn’t much to update us on as the kids fell asleep fast with her – great sign!) and was friendly and professional. She also helped us navigate an unexpected hurdle where our hotel suddenly told us we weren’t allowed to have babysitters in our room without us also being present (which obviously negates the need for a babysitter…), and calmly helped resolve the situation so we could actually make it out to our evening plans. Great experience.

Mia was fantastic with our 9 month old girl. She was very punctual and was very thorough, checking on our girl every few minutes while she slept. Highly recommend!
