Jasmine is our babysitter in Osaka. She is from Malaysia and speaks English, Malay, and Chinese. Prior to joining our team, she had the wonderful opportunity to teach English at an international preschool in Osaka for about a year, mainly 1-2 years old children. During that time, she discovered how much she enjoys working with young children. She loves spending time with them, supporting their learning, and creating a fun and caring environment where they can grow with confidence. She is always very excited to meet families from different backgrounds and cultures!

Jasmine was so sweet and wonderful! She took care of our 4 month old boy while he was super fussy due to travel fatigue and still maintained a great attitude. Her demeanor was kind, patient and warm. She watched our son while we went to our meal reservations in Kyoto, making sure to keep us updated on his naps, diapers, and bottles. Highly recommend her for any traveler looking for someone to watch their baby with peace of mind!

Jasmine looked after my 4-year-old daughter for three hours at an outdoor race in Osaka — in the rain, in a park she didn’t know. She was punctual, warm, and my daughter settled with her straight away. Being able to run without worrying was exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.

Jasmine was such a wonderful help while we were doing a kimono photoshoot with our 1-year-old! She took great care of our baby and even helped us change his kimono throughout the shoot.
She was incredibly attentive, patient, and gentle with him. She also did such a great job making him laugh and keeping him happy and comfortable, which helped us get so many beautiful photos of him. We really appreciated how caring and thoughtful she was throughout the whole experience.
