Service English Speaking Babysitters in Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto & Osaka
We have about 25 babysitters who speak not only English but also French, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, and other languages at any given time. We have a small number of nannies who have passed a strict hiring criteria that emphasizes experience and personality, so it may take a little time to find a nanny for you. We are currently offering our services mainly to overseas guest families in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, so please feel free to contact us. Please note that we may not be able to provide services to Japanese families who require only native English speakers.
Please feel free to contact us first for any requests you may have, such as when you cannot find someone to take care of your children due to an emergency. We offer late-night, early-morning, and overnight services, as well as travel, business trips, and local accompaniment services. We are also happy to accommodate requests made the day before or on the day of the event to the greatest extent possible. Please note that we do not currently provide childcare services for sick children.
We offer our services at any designated locations in Tokyo, Yokohama, Kyoto, and Osaka. Most of the requests are in the evenings, but we are willing to help during the day from morning to late night. If you are here on a business trip, our babysitters can take your kids out for a day trip or sightseeing around the town as you request.
You can book our service for as little as 3.0 hours per booking. For example, if you want a babysitter on a weekday 18:00-21:00, it will be: 3,000 yen x 3.0 hours = 9,000 yen (+ tax and transportation). Payment should be paid upfront via credit card.
There are no age restrictions, so we take care of newborns, infants, toddlers, up to teenagers. We can flexibly accommodate all kinds of requests that do not interfere with our babysitting service, such as transportation, homework help, meal care, outings, shopping and bathing assistance at no extra charge. We do not provide cooking, laundry, or cleaning services though. We also have liability insurance to cover damages and injuries in case of emergencies, so you can rest assured when leaving your small children in our care.
We are offering our services to many international VIPs through companies and event organizations. If you need our childcare assistance for them, we even fly nationally and internationally. However, we kindly ask your bosses or clients to make official reservations through us once their itinerary is all finalized.
